A founding member of The Rolling Stones, Bill Wyman, has released a visual memoir called Bill Wyman's Scrapbook. According to Concert Live, the London-based boutique entertainment & creative services agency who published the book, this will be a tough item to get your hands on:
Strictly limited edition – Only 1962 copies of this book will ever exist.
Presented in glorious, luxury large format (370x290mm portrait), this is the ultimate coffee table publication.
The majority of the book's content is unseen, revealing a deeply candid and original insight through the decades, with reflective hand written commentary by Bill Wyman.
Each book is hand signed and personalised by the man himself, with a unique centerfold spread.
Each book is uniquely numbered (1-1962) and certificated for authenticity.
Quarter bound, with unique front and back boards, housed in a beautiful clamshell box.
Hand sewn and hand bound in England using the finest materials and traditional binding methods - made to last.

Alert: 30th Annual Chicago Blues Festival lineup announced; expanded to 4 days.
One of the largest free music festival in the country celebrates 30 years with an expanded schedule covering two magnificent Chicago venues - Grant Park's Petrillo Band Shell the neighboring Millennium Park's Pritzger Pavilion. The Chicago Blues Festival runs Thursday June 6 - Sunday June 9.
Highlights include:

- Friday June 7 - Irma Thomas and Bobby Rush

Alert: The Rolling Stones '50 AND COUNTING" US dates announced.

Well, Mick'll turn 70 a few weeks after the upcoming 2013 tour finishes its first leg (followed by Keith this winter and Charlie, who'll turn 72 in summer). He said in a press release that “’50 AND COUNTING’ has been pretty amazing so far." The tour will kick off next month at the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, though the date isn't confirmed yet (due to NBA and NHL playoff final schedules). An exciting guest appearance from the guitarist Keith has claimed to be the best lead guitarist the Stones ever had (evidenced by Sticky Fingers & Exile On Main Street) - Mick Taylor.
Tickets for Oakland, San Jose, Toronto & Chicago dates go on sale Monday, April 8 at 10 am local time via Rollingstones.com and range from $85 - $650. Pick up Rolling Stones merch & memorabilia here.

Alert: Lollapalooza Lineup (sort of) announced.
Fresh off Grammy win for Album of The Year, Mumford & Sons has uncommon bedfellows in the acts with whom they'll share the Lollapalooza main stage. In addition to previously confirmed Phoenix, The Killers, The National, The Postal Service, and Vampire Weekend, The Cure and Nine Inch Nails are confirmed as headliners.
Reliable (yet anonymous) music and concert industry sources confirmed that a leaked picture of a lineup poster (intended for internal use only) is authentic and legitimate. It lists, among the already announced headliners, Queens of The Stone Age, Lumineers, Kendrick Lamar, New Order, Lana Del Rey and a complete cross section artists representing the genres of rock, pop, punk, Americana, and electronica (see full list below).
Lollapalooza - the brainchild of Jane's Addiction front man Perry Farrell, in 1991 - runs the weekend of August 2nd - 4th in Chicago's Grant Park. An official announcement of a complete lineup is expected this week and will include on-sale dates for single day passes. Three days passes are sold out, but VIP passes (which come with a hefty price tag of $1,050 each) and Platinum passes (prices are available only after an emailed inquiry) are available here.
